Hired by SkyOne to create a comprehensive curriculum of educational workshops and employee
career development paths. The new department is borne out of SkyOne’s renewed focus on
corporate culture and employee engagement.
Developed and presented instructor-led soft skills courses such as emotional intelligence,
communication, and critical thinking, along with business skill courses such as email
etiquette and business writing.
Contracted for ongoing web-based service training featuring listening skills, questioning
techniques and selling skills.
SkyOne-specific courses are co-facilitated with SkyOne’s employee subject matter
experts as part of our career development objectives.
2. Delivered and provided solutions for management training in both instructor-led and online
strategy and leadership courses and industry-specific educational events as part to remain

Hired by Suddath Int’l as an International Counselor in 1999. Promoted to Operations Manager
and moved to CA in 2001. Recruited to launch a Quality Department in 2007. Selected by
Suddath Relocations to develop and deliver training to that business unit in 2012. Promoted to
Sr. Mgr., Quality & Training (2013) to be responsible for Quality and Training of two business
units and to develop and deliver training for an additional two business units (2014-2015).
Lead start-up La Mirada, CA office from 2001-2003. Initiated computer system. Grew to
11 employees.
Enlisted to build a Quality Department in 2007 to bring professionalism and consistency
to the organization. Formulated metrics for performance improvement and training
inputs, and delivered training on processes across departments. Developed voice of the
customer survey instruments to better collect client feedback and launch training to
address service gaps, and employee recognition programs to reward positive behavior.
Engaged to build an Insurance and Claims Department in 2007 to increase revenue from
sale of insurance and to lower premiums due to claim disbursements. Provided
consistency in training to employees and increased revenue 10% and created cost-savings
of 5%.
Devised a Critical to Quality (CTQ) interface and process used to capture and share client
CTQ data with vendors. Received Cartus 2009 Silver Award for Supplier Innovation.
Awarded new contract and additional business as a result.
