Role Description
Retail Management Graduate -All Departments
D: Build bikes, they carry out pre-delivery inspections as
well as general repairs and servicing
Assistant Manager -Autocentres
F: Ensure that all vehicles are tested in accordance with
standards that are set out by the law. The role also involves
servicing vehicles and fixing faults.
Warehouse Operative-Logistics
H: Ensure the Halfords website and other online platforms
remain fresh and engaging and in line with the Halfords
brand
Retail Finance Director-Support Centre
I: Responsible for managing incoming calls and emails
from customers who need help. Thy diagnose issues and
use their expertise to come up with the best course of
action
MOT Tester-Autocentres A: Responsible for picking bike stock in the distribution
centre, they also offer assistance to other departments too.
Auto Fitter-Retail C: They gain hands on training and experience across all
aspects of the Halford’s business
Digital Content Manager-Support Centre G: Responsible for fitting wiper-blades, car batteries and
bulbs. They also carry out window- chip repair, fluid top-ups
and do minor checks.
Cycle Mechanic-Retail B: Overall responsibility for the site, they manage the jobs
that are booked in and their colleagues, they also order the
parts that are required to carry out repairs.
Technical Support Advisor E: They review Halfords’ trading performance, identifying
risks and opportunities to expand the business and track
