- 1. STATUS OF VACANT SEATS OF BE /BEMBA PROGRAMME FOR 2nd IN-PERSON COUNSELLING (AS ON 07/08/2018) Following is the status of total number of vacant seats. This data includes the number of vacancies under reserved categories. After allocating the seats to reserve category candidates, remaining seats shall be offered to candidates belonging to General category. As and when list of eligible candidates belonging to General Punjab category exhausts, the remaining seats shall be transferred to General Outside Punjab category.
