 Recruitments
o Sourcing, Screening and Selecting CVs from various resources including Company
own career site, job portals, referrals, networking sites (linkedin, spoke, etc.)
o Leading Global Talent Mapping projects
o Prepare company reports, consisting of company details like: financial, SWOT,
strategy, management, competitors, specific feature of the company
o Analyze recruitment trends in the market, like: demand & supply, shift in profile,
rate of attrition, career path traversed by people in different roles, etc.

o Grievance Handling of the employees by planning and creating ESAT committee
o Worked on the project of HR manual containing organization policies to be
provided for the employees

confidence building, etc.
TRAINING DURING MBA
 Worked in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, New Delhi in HR department to study the
organizational performance in relation to individual performance in reference to the Burke
Litwin Model of Organizational Performance and Change-OD as a part of final research
project for around a year, March05-March06.
 Worked in Sahara India Parivar, Lucknow in HR department to study the employee relations
across organization for two months.
