• Assist Medical Director with the planning and management of the STI Clinics.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate, monthly staff meeting for STI Clinics.
• Coordinate clinic coverage calendars, special events, and projects for the five STI Clinics.
• Collect data from five clinic sites and generate monthly reports (Turnaways, HIV Reports, Clinic Surveys, etc.)
• Create specials forms and/or tables for collecting data required by grants.
• Use the KRONOS system to maintain daily time records for the STI staff including edits, vacation request,

• Assist Clinic staff with patient triage and registration.
• Coordinate an assist with the implementation of STI billing.
• Assist with the training and development of STI staff with respect to registration and front desk procedures.
