Hours – Guaranteed” courses. I'm sure you know the ones! Instead,
this is my own personal system, and I am sharing it with you now.
This short report is a very simple and powerful way to instantly get
traffic and start building back links to your sites.
I've intentionally kept it short in length so that you can quickly read
it, then implement the steps right away. You won't get any traffic or
make any money “learning” this system. But if you actually work it,
you will get results.
As you well know, video marketing is incredibly powerful, but how do
you harness its power and put it to work for you?
I'm going to show you Step-By-Step exactly how to create your video
content and then syndicate that content across the entire internet.
This is a very simple system, so please don't be tempted to over-
complicate it with endless “tweaks”. It works great just the way I'm
going to lay it out for you.
You will find two basic sections in this report. First, I will illustrate a
simple video creation process. And second, I will give you a FREE
distribution channel to syndicate your video content from one end of
the web to the other.
Let's get started!

4. Video creation is an art in itself. However, as Internet
Marketers we are far more interested in using video as a tool to get
traffic than we are interested in creating an artistic masterpiece.
Right? So if you are already great at creating videos, go for it! But,
in my method below, I will show the rest of you how to simply re-
purpose the content you already have into video format.
Here are the steps.
Grab one of your keyword rich articles you've already created and
maybe even submitted a few times. Copy and paste the entire text
into a text file (i.e. Notepad). Take a minute to go through the text,
separating each complete sentence with a blank line.
Save this .txt file to your hard drive. Now open MS PowerPoint or
OpenOffice Impress (it's FREE) and we are going to create a
slideshow.
Using the .txt file you just created, nice and neatly spaced, copy and
paste the text onto the slides. You can usually get two full sentences
on each slide. Center the text and make sure you have an easy to
read, attractive font selected.
Once you have the entire article transcribed onto the slides and
looking just the way you want, play the slideshow. The first time
through, just read the slides aloud as they pass by. Get comfortable
with the content. If you feel like it's necessary, do it again. You want
to be comfortable reading each slide during the slideshow.
Here's where it gets good! Now you are going to record your
slideshow using some screen capture software. And guess who will
be narrating this video? You will!!!
Let's slow down just a little. Here's some screen capture softwares
which will allow you to record your computer's screen while your
slideshow is playing.

5. Camstudio (Free)
Camtasia (Paid)
Jing (Free Version or $15/year for Jing Pro which I recommend)
To recap this entire process simply grab your existing content. Copy
and paste it into Notepad. Double space between sentences. Now
copy and paste that neat, clean, double spaced text onto the slides to
create your slideshow. “Pretty up” the slides. Play your slideshow,
rehearsing the voice over the first time through. Lights, camera,
action and you're ready to record your video using one of the
softwares above.
**Here's one little tip. Over time, you will get really good at this
process, and you won't sound like a robot reading a script. So as you
get more comfortable, instead of putting the entire text on the slides,
maybe just put some bullet points, and speak to those points. This
will sound much more natural and conversational. Then maybe work
some images into your slideshow to compliment the raw text.
I'm going to stop there because there is truly no end to the topic of
video creation. It's one of those subjects that is only limited by
imagination. Let's get back on track...
This process is simple by design. It's not supposed to be complicated
or take very long. If you are gifted at creating videos, do your thing!
Don't stop producing great video content just to start doing it my way.
I present my method as one way to reliably create video content on a
consistent basis.

6. Now let's talk about how you can syndicate your newly created
video content across the entire world wide web. Again, there is more
than one possible method you may wish to employ. However, it is my
purpose to share with you a Free method that will work brilliantly.
First go to Pixelpipe. Pixelpipe is a distribution platform that we are
going to use to distribute our newly created video across over 40
different video sharing and social media sites.
This works fantastic for two very important things. First, we will get
found by lots of people interested in our content (targeted traffic).
And also we will get some nice juicy High PR backlinks from some of
the highest authority sites on the internet.
Stop and think about this for a second, we are getting instant traffic
WHILE we are waiting to get our content ranked in the SERP's.
Here's how to do it. First, you will need to register for an account at
Pixelpipe. Once you have a brand new account, you will need to sign
up for the Web 2.0 sites which will accept and host your newly
created video.
The easiest way to determine which sites you need is to click on “Add
Pipes”, then use the “Filter by capabilities” and select “Video”.

7. Naturally, some of the names will be more familiar to you than others,
but you want your content on as many sites as possible, right? So
take the time and sign up for ALL of them. It will pay off.
Everything you do as a marketer costs something, either your time or
your money. If you want to keep this system completely Free and not
spend a cent, you can do it. But here's where you will need to make
an investment of your time.
On the other hand, if you want to spend $10 or so, you can easily
outsource this task. I have had good luck with Odesk.com and there
are many other outsourcing websites you can try as well. Once you
find a good worker, you want to use the same person in the future.
You will basically want to have a set of Pipes for each niche you
actively market.
So for your stop smoking website, you would have one Pixelpipe
account with all of your Pipes. And for your weight loss website, you
would have a separate Pixelpipe account with unique Pipes. This way,
for example, your YouTube Channel is not flooded with weight loss
AND stop smoking videos, but instead each niche has its own channel,
with its own niche specific content. I hope that makes sense!
Now you need to grab the Pixelpipe File Uploader Plugin for Firefox.
Simply go to “Software Solutions” at the top of the page.
Next, select “Mozilla Firefox Uploader” from the “Windows” category.

8. Note: there are additional Plugins for Firefox for Mac OS X and Linux
Operating Systems if you are not using a Windows PC. Also, you can
download Firefox Internet Browser Here.
Now go ahead and install the Firefox Uploader Plugin. This is going to
help you distribute your videos much quicker. Here's why. If you use
the upload feature in Pixelpipe, it will work fine, but you will need to
remain on the page until it is finished and your video has been
uploaded to all of your individual Pipes. This may take a little while.
With the Uploader Plugin, the uploads take place in the background
allowing you to navigate away from Pixelpipe. Also, it uploads
multiple files at once speeding up the process even more. This plugin
will save you both time and frustration. Go get it, it's Free!

9. Now that you have the pieces in place, you can simply take your new
videos and load them into the Uploader Plugin. No more logging into
individual accounts, just upload the videos. The Plugin knows who
you are and where you want them distributed.
Here are some basics to ALWAYS remember when uploading your new
videos.
1. Make sure your keyword or kw phrase is in your Title.
2. Also use them in your Description.
3. And of course, use your keywords in your Tags. I recommend
using at least 5 tags, more is better. So get those kw's in there.
4. Place your link to your site at the very beginning of your
Description. Then double space before entering the text. This
will make your link stand out to viewers and get more clicks. But
also, it will make your link part of your meta data for the Search
Engines to index (wink, wink, nudge, nudge).
**Advanced tips: Build links to your videos! Just like your other web
content, build links to your videos. Link diversity is the key. Use
articles, blog comments, forum posts, profile links, rss feeds, social
bookmarks, etc. Also, use Google, Yahoo and Bing to determine
which of your keywords already has a video (or two) ranking on the
first page. Like this one:
If your keyword phrase was “how to ride a bike”, the number 2
position on Google is video content. Now you know you can rank on
Google page one with a video for this term. You just have to out rank

10. the video that's already there with more backlinks and better on-page
SEO. Go for it!
This is such a simple and powerful method and you will see results
once you start using it. I've tried to present it to you in a way that
makes this entire system absolutely Free to implement. As you make
a few sales and have a little money to invest, you may wish to
automate this system.
