The Redkite AMS On-line ordering module

place orders for goods from stores.
All orders can be subjected to additional
approval, if required.

directly to Redkite Store Manager where
they are flagged as ‘Open orders’.
The status of requisition requests can be
viewed by the appropriate personnel at any
time.

REDKITE AMS MOBILE COMPANION
The Redkite EMS Mobile Companion software is web based and
can be used on most web enabled bar code and RFID readers.

The Redkite EMS Mobile Companion is used:
 to undertake inventory checks;
 to record the outcome of period tests, inspection, maintenance or servicing;
 to record the outcome of any unscheduled activity linked to an asset.

The Redkite AMS Mobile Companion software updates in real time.
Daily work sheets (tests and inspections) can be downloaded directly on to
the hand held.
No software is installed on the reader – everything happens via the web using
Wi-Fi or telephone link (GPRS, 3G, 4G).

 Real time updates are made to the AMS Central Asset Register
 Asset movements are tracked
 Defects are recorded and repair or replacement processes can be started
with immediate effect
