Appointed to provide expertise and coordinate the inspection, development, implementation,
monitoring, and evaluation of improvement strategies for schools:
Strategic audit and responsibilities for over twenty (20) schools, primary to secondary as mandated
by the Ministry of Education through its National Education Inspectorate arm to extensively
investigate, consult with and recommend best practices for schools on the creation and
implementation of their School Improvement strategies and plans.
Worked extensively with schools on the creation and implementation of their School Improvement

Gave guidance to schools on the modification and implementation of the national curriculum, and
