Over the past few decades, thanks to advancements in equipment and general human knowledge, significant progress has been made in various medical fields. One of the critical steps in successful patient treatment is making an accurate and timely diagnosis. In many cases, doctors rely on radiology reports obtained from diagnostic imaging methods such as CT, MRI, and X-ray to set the correct diagnosis. With the emergence of deep learning methods that demand a significant amount of representative data, the need for high-quality and precisely labeled medical data has become paramount. Hence, this talk will briefly overview the challenges of applying AI to medicine, especially those related to medical diagnostics imaging.
