Having good organisational and communication skills enable me to work well as part of a
team and on my own initiative as and when required. Having a friendly disposition and

with their vehicles and coaching centres around “Customer Delight”.

Vehicle Management
Taking calls from centres who are requesting replacement vehicles for customers or
extensions on replacement vehicles, also calling Audi centres chasing overdue or due to
terminate replacement vehicles.
Seconded Team Leader role on the Audi Fleet and Empowerment teams, duties
included, agents 1 to 1 month reviews, team meetings and briefings, call monitoring of
agents for their monthly score cards, setting personal development plans, taking
disciplinary actions, spend audits and dealing with escalated customer complaints.
Audi enquiry management, duties include taking inbound calls from potential Audi
customers for brochure or test drive requests, making outbound calls to make sure
customers have received their brochures, answering any query regarding Audi vehicles
that customers may ask and providing accurate information.
BMI: Booking flights and making changes to customer’s bookings also
advising of cancellations and scheduled changes to flights, which also include rebooking
customers on available flights.
Travel trade, working directly with the travel trade industry taking payments for
bookings.
BMI helpdesk, duties included printing & mailing of flight tickets, taking inbound calls
from agents who need help & advice on how to complete a booking etc.
DWP: Taking inbound customer inquiries regarding pension credit.
