blink’s goal is to help your company as outlined in the proposal. We will design a program that is unique to your company.
blink offers an unconditional money-back guarantee to its customers if they are not satisfied with blink’s efforts. You will be furnished with a design created just for you on the basis of
the proposal. You then have the option to either accept or reject the design. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will work with you to make modifications. You may request as
many changes as you like. If we can not satisfy you, you will get a full refund of your money for that project or task.
Satisfaction is acknowledged when projects go beyond the first proof phase. This does not limit you to the first proof only. First phase may consist of proof A, B, C, etc. as many as it takes.
Although our goal is to always exceed the projected return on investment, there can be factors that stop us from reaching that goal. Such as the client’s internal sales and operations, to
the overall market conditions. If blink is handling your marketing campaign, blink will provide performance metrics to project return on investment based on accurate information from
the client and research available in the marketplace. This will allow blink to adjust tactics and strategies to reach as close as possible the projected ROI, lead count and sales.
