Where: This course is delivered online via our Spontania virtual classroom. A high speed internet
connection is required and we recommend a USB speakerphone or headset to ensure optimum
audio. If you don’t have a USB speakerphone or headset, we recommend using earbuds and
your built-in microphone. Spontania is ClearOne’s cloud based video conferencing solution.
When: Tuesday, June 6, and Wednesday, June 7, 2017
0730h to 1030h UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) each day. This is the same as 1:30 a.m. to
4:30 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) in Salt Lake City, UT.
Cost: The course is provided at no charge for ClearOne dealers. Each attendee requires a computer
(Windows 7 and 8 supported – Windows 10 generally acceptable) with the required software pre-
installed or have the ability to install the software while at class.
Prerequisite: None – we recommend that you complete the existing online, self-paced Collaborate Video
Conferencing Product Specialist course as a primer before the class.

will be prompted to login to your ClearOne University training account (or create one). After
registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Prior to the webinar, attendees will be
invited to join via a link to the Spontania event. You should allow 5-10 minutes to load Spontania
if you have never used it in the past.
