Family Nutrition Program
July 1, 2014 to Present
Partnering with Extension Specialists in day to day programmatic efforts.
Support Family Nutrition Programming through New Employee Training,
Annual In-Service, and Multi-state Conference through teaching,
evaluation, planning, and implementation.
Collaborate on Adult, Youth, and Public Health publication efforts through
coordination of public health efforts with instructors.
Provide general support through research based, reliable materials, data
analysis, literature reviews, impacts and outcome reports to
administrators, the public, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and delivering objective, research-based educational program in
the areas of food safety, nutrition, food resource management, and
obesity prevention.
Provide written drafts of end of year reports, data analysis, and
presentation of program data to Extension Specialists, Nutrition Outreach
Instructors, and Health Educators.
During leaves of absence of administration I served as Interim
Administrator duties include: supervising administrative team, serving as
administrator to the Adult Nutrition Outreach Instructors and Health
Educators, conducting day to day operations to ensure that the program is
running properly, problem solving, running the administrative team
meetings, communication with state and federal stakeholders, conducted
curriculum training and instruction as well as new employee training and
evaluation.
