1. Field line changes
Three Seconds Clarification
Set up is described in rule 20.B.4.a, with the exception that the
Free Position is set at the hash mark nearest to the spot of the
ball; AND The offending player moves 4m behind the player
awarded the FP on a hash
EXCEPTION If the violation of three seconds is called when the
ball is outside of the AFA, the nearest player from the offending
team will move 4m behind the player taking the Free Position
Play will resume on a whistle because the foul occurred in AFA
