Working as a General Manager Accounts and Finance at Gili India Limited (Gitanjali Group of Companies)
having a turnover of Rs.18000 million. The Company is engaged into Manufacturing and Retailing of Diamond
Studded Jewellery and Apparels through various distribution channels. The Company has more than 12 Own
Retail outlets and 186 SIS counters, Distributors and Franchisees spread across different states in India. I report
the Group CFO and CEO of the Company and have a team of 16 persons reporting to me.
Scope of Work
• Finalization of Accounts - Examination and Review of Financial Statements like. Balance Sheet, Profit &
Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements and Accounting Standards as per Indian GAAP.
• Compilation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Consolidated Financial statements.
• Compliance with Statutory requirements like Advance Tax, Sales Tax, TDS, Service Tax, & Excise.
• Preparation and Presentation of Financials (MIS) on monthly basis to the Top Management.
