and securing reservations for moving truck rentals.
● Within three months, I was then advanced to become the training supervisor which consisted of teaching
new agents the standards and procedures of answering calls, gathering information, securing the
reservation, and completing the transaction in the most efficient manner in accordance with Budget’s
standards.

● Answered multi-line telephone system, gather new patient information for appointments, coordinate
scheduling for doctor and hygienists.
