Established in 2001, M-Tec Engineering Solutions has developed a reputation as one of the industry’s leading suppliers of
permanent and contract recruitment solutions into the Technical, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors for some of the
market’s leading organisations. Originally named Multec, a subsidiary of Brunel, the organisation was initially established
in the UK in 1990, providing a highly professional and fully committed service that was renowned for the effective delivery
of recruitment solutions to major OEMs and SMEs within the Engineering and Manufacturing arena.
In 2001 the UK Management Team acquired the trading operations from Brunel and continued to drive forward their
commitment to quality and delivery. These managers, now the owners, continue to lead the company, providing the vision
for the future to continually improve the service to both customers and candidates as the organisation goes from strength
M-Tec over the years has gained a vast amount of experience successfully providing both permanent and contract
solutions throughout the UK and mainland Europe to some of the world’s leading manufacturers.
Our company is growing steadily and as of June 2014 we have a turnover of £7.4 million with a target of reaching £10

• 1990: Established in the UK as Multec, part of Brunel UK
• March 1995: Secured PSL award with Dana PTG for
