Training will be conducted in a train environment that is a copy of the real system. Not all functionality will be exactly what you will see in the real system.
We will cover core workflows in class but specialty workflows will be covered in the clinics through on-the-job training with adoption coaches before go-live.
Post-training scenarios and the train environment will be available to all users once training is completed.
In addition to having conversations early on with clinic managers over what to expect we also conduct a Clinic Leader Readiness Workshop which Krystal will go into more detail about
