There are a number of issues impacting an organization among which the most common and leading challenge, is the challenge of change management.


In this presentation, we summarize the 5 principles of change management adopted from the behavior of migratory birds. Each element of migration can be applied in a change scenario of a business.

In the beginning, all the energy is yours. It feels as if you're dragging the entire organization along, just trying to create some movement, some momentum."
