• Budget Summary
– Estimated Total Project Budget: $3.5 - $4 million
– Project Steering Committee made up of Service Organizations,
College Station Parks and Recreation Staff, and interested
Citizens to spearhead the Capital Campaign
– The Playground will be built in phases, depending on
successful fund raising efforts
– City of College Station funding allocated toward the project
would come out of the Parkland Dedication Park Zones “C”
and “3”.
– College Station Parks & Recreation responsible for long term
O&M; Costs supplemented by ongoing donations to a
dedicated fund specifically for the inclusive playground.
