 Community Services and Fire Administration will move into the building
 Space meets all of their needs
 1207 Texas Ave – Tear down existing structure
 Facility Maintenance will request the funding for a metal storage / shop building to facilitate the storage of equipment
and materials, and provide shop space for the maintenance team
 Approximate cost estimate of $1.5-1.7M
 Facility Maintenance will move into current Fire Administration
SPACE NEEDS – LEVEL 1 – PROPOSED LAYOUT
SPACE NEEDS – LEVEL 2 – PROPOSED LAYOUT

 Currently this team works out of a 250 sq. ft office and a storage closet, with 3 people working in this space
