  3. 3. 3 The FabSpace 2.0 model FabSpace 2.0 is  an open-innovation network for geodata-based innovation - by leveraging Space data in particular, in Universities 2.0  a one-stop shop-access to Space data and a wide range of other data as well as free software and data processing tools to develop new digital applications  complying with the specific challenge and scope set out in the topic “INSO-4-2015: Innovative schemes for open innovation and science 2.0 b) Academia- Business/Public/CSO knowledge co-creation” May 16 This project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the grant agreement n°693210.   9. 9. « Can we use Earth Observation data to prevent shark attacks around Reunion Island? » May 16  Let’s provide students, researchers, any citizens or companies, with a digital platform offering an access to a range of geodata including Earth Observation (EO) data, but also computing tools and visualisation tools.  Let them work in an open co-working space, let them rack their brains, help each other.  Who knows, they could find a revolutionary idea! 9 Use case from SURFRIDER Foundation Europe This project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the grant agreement n°693210.
