  14. ASSIGNMENTS • LEADERSHIP MOVIE SUMMARY You will be required to watch two movies that relate to leadership qualities as discussed in class. Compare and contrast the leadership qualities exhibited in the movies. The paper should be 2-3 pages in length.
  15. • LEADERSHIP INTERVIEW AND SUMMARY. Identify/choose a person in a leadership position and interview them about how they practice Strategic Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Instructional Leadership, Political and Community Leadership. Write a 2-3 page summary about the interview and what you learned about the leader you interviewed.
  16. • All assignments for this course should be of professional quality. The writing should always take into consideration the intended audience. This course requires you to use the American Psychological Association (APA) style in preparing any required written work. A proper title page should preface all written assignments. The title page should include: your name, the title of the paper, the name and number of the course, the date submitted, and the name of the instructor. Your work should be typed or word-processed on white 8 ½ by 11 inch paper. Any narrative sections should be double-spaced. Assignments will be uploaded in the link which will be provided.
  17. • Students are expected to meet submission requirements for assignments in a timely manner. Evaluation includes an assessment of timeliness. All assignments MUST be turned in no later than the last session of the course.
  18. • Students are expected to be actively engaged in a discussion or other activities. Active engagement means contributing substantive, thoughtful and reflective responses.
  19. CRITERIA FOR GRADING • The grade you receive for the course will be derived using the following criteria: • Individual/Group Reporting - 30% • Individual Project - 30% • Participation - 20% • Attendance - 20% TOTAL - 100%
