provide a Quick Order entry with secure payments for customers to
self-order and pay with their smartphones. Our Key: Social Payments
1. Our target customers are merchant gateways and
processors who need a technology to offer digital gift
cards and EMV compliant solutions for small to mid-size
merchants.
2. Their customers are merchants and mobile consumers
who prefer the convenience and security of mobile for
payments, loyalty promotions.
3. We provide digital e-mail or text receipts to increase
adoption of our application to consumers who use
plastic now and want to migrate to digital mobile wallets
quickly and conveniently.
Marketing Strategy

 Partner with a large established network with a large customer base for
consumers and merchants.
 License the technology to providers wishing to offer secure mobile
payments, loyalty, electronic gift cards and EMV compliant payments
in 2015 and beyond.
 Market Niche: Electronic Gift Cards for working capital and loyalty for
merchants.
 Target gas stations to become EMV compliant in 2015 prior to the 2017
industry established date with our proprietary technology (no need to
retrofit the pumps).
 Competition: Square, CashStar, other startups in the space who know
technology, not necessarily the payment business.
Competitive Advantage for Merchants
© 2015 Real Mobile Tech. All Rights Reserved. 7
 Why merchants need real payment now:
 Removes the need to use plastic credit cards in your POS eliminating
fraudulent transactions. 10% lower cost than competitors per trx. Simplified
billing.
 Lets you sell digital gift cards for immediate working capital
 Helps you get repeat business by reaching customers where they live on their
smartphones.
 Allows you to view order history for each customer in real time.
 Provides paperless digital receipts that saves paper and serves as a reminder
of your exceptional product or service.
 Elect our opt-in feature for self-orders or pre-orders before the consumer
comes to your place of business
In October 2015 the credit card industry is migrating to EMV (Europay
Mastercard and Visa) in the US. Replacing the mag stripe with smartchip
cards for most retailers except gas stations who have until 2017 to retrofit their
pumps. EMV rules: The entity with the lower technology is responsible for
fraudulent transactions. Without Real Payment that could be you.
Real Value For Consumers
© 2015 Real Mobile Tech. All Rights Reserved. 8
 Replaces or supplements plastic credit cards with a secure one
time transaction authorization from your smartphone. It works for
any credit card, debit card, gift cards or loyalty rewards program.
 Tracks loyalty programs from RealPayment merchants with a single
app accessing all accounts from a secure cloud.
 View order history for each merchant easily and in real time.
 Track all your receipts from all the merchants in a single app.
 Never lose rewards points because your plastic cards are home.
 Be secure because card numbers are not on your phone and are
not available to anyone else. Ever.
 If the phone is lost or stolen, all cards and your account information
is secure and can be transferred immediately to your new
smartphone.
Competition and Why RealPayment
