May 2004 – City of East Point, GA - $1,250,000 – GDOT Transportation Efficiency (TE) grant for streetscape
improvements on Main Street (Phases I, II and III).
June 2004 – City of East Point, GA - $93,750 – Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Study Grant through the
Atlanta Regional Commission.
January 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $9,510,451 – Pre-Qualified LCI Program projects for streetscape
improvements.
April 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $1,268,276 - Transportation Efficiency (GDOT source) grant for
streetscape improvements along the North Central Avenue corridor.
June 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $1,585,344 – LCI Implementation grant for streetscape improvements
on North Central Avenue.
July 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $50,000 – Signature Communities grant for public art through Fulton
County Arts Council and the Georgia Department of community Affairs.
December 2007 – City of Hapeville, GA - $641,460 – Transportation Efficiency (TE) Grant for Historic Depot
Restoration.
July 2008 – City of Hapeville, GA - $1,200,000 – LCI Bicycle and pedestrian improvements on Dogwood
Drive.
December 2010 – City of Hapeville, GA - $615,734 - TE Grant Application for Willingham/Colville Avenue
Pedestrian Enhancement Project.
