Lampung food consisting of fried or grilled fish, mixed
with chili paste, tempoyal or young mango. Types of
fish that are usually served for squirrel are belide fish,
baung, layis or river fish. How to make this one dish is

garlic and turmeric. When it is burned or fried, it will
be added with sambal udang paste mixed with
