No experience in teaching Mandarin
No experience in dealing with teenagers

have a new teacher

20. 1. Work Smart Not Hard
In the first 2 months, I went to bed around 2
am on any working day.
I lost voice twice.
I had cold every month.
But students didn’t seem to appreciate my
hard work.
I learned different lessons every day!
