Duties included, but not limited to as follows:  Creating and managing Scope of Work (SOW)/Technical Specification Documents(TSD)  Growth and retention of client base, by direct referrals from existing client base and community marketing.  Resolving numerous project issues including staffing shortages, technical matters, scope creep and divergent business and user needs.  Guiding the work of the technical and graphic design teams: Articulating each project’s scope and goals, thereby translating client needs into technical specification documents. Enlisting shared accountability within the team, for achieving project completions in a timely manner. iXL Studios, LLC — North Palm Beach, FL Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Founder/Owner 2000-1013 iXL Studios was formed to service Telegraph New Technologies clients after Andrx acquired Telegraph New Technologies taking the team members to their company leaving the clients without servers and management for their web applications. iXL Studios operated as a full service website development company. We also worked as a 3rd party development team for advertising agencies and other professional organizations that did not have the skill set iXL supplied. iXL Studios chose to discontinue operations in February 2013. Upon making this decision we informed the clients of this and helped transferred them to a trusted business partner that could continue to service their needs and we ceased operation in May 2013.
