5 Tactics To Relieve Muscle
Pain
Acupuncture Therapy

ways prevent and ease

defense after a good
workout. When you train, you
contract your muscles, and

Lengthening them after a
workout promotes mobility,
and can lead to a more
thorough recovery
Foam Roll
• A foam roller is a relatively
stiff cylinder shaped object
that allows you to basically
give yourself a massage.
Increase Protein Intake
• If you are just starting a new
workout plan, or you just did
a killer workout that you’re
not used to, make sure to eat
more protein right after.
