2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Senior Architect- Gulf Consult
Acted as project manager for all architectural components and structural/MEP coordination
for the men's campus and faculty club for the College of Science of the new Kuwait
University campus in Abdullah al Mubarak. The building features ceramic rain-screen, green
roofs, interior courtyards and aluminum/stainless-steel brise-soleil solar shading devices.

Senior Architectural Engineer- The Louis Berger Group
Doha, Qatar
Built a signature world-class educational building utilizing Muslim imagery from countries
around the world in intimate internal courtyards viewed from classrooms, a trend-setting
mosque with interior and exterior prayer spaces and canted minarets rising to 100 meters
tall, a bound volume and digital library, auditorium, gallery, classrooms, support spaces,
underground parking and faculty offices.

Abu Dhabi, UAE
Oversaw and managed work of architect and engineers for The Presidential Palace Project for the
Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as construction manager.
Duties included: managing the design architect, consulting engineers, interior designers etc.
Interacted with various department within MOPA and associated adjacent projects for the Marina
Extension of The Emirates Palace Hotel and infrastructure upgrades. Managed a staff of architects,
civil, mechanical and electrical engineers within RWA to interact with the general contractor,
design architects and engineers, quantity surveyors (cost estimators), schedulers, building
officials, government agencies, the client (Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA)).

masonry.

analysis of exterior envelop mock-ups for window-wall, curtain-wall, window and door
installations, exterior cladding, rain-screens, exterior appurtenances and masonry.
