❖ In CRM we can classify and analyze leads and opportunities using tags.
❖ Tagging lets you get the information you need in an organized format and also to easily sort
and filter out works to boost your productivity

3. ❖ Goto CRM > dashboard. All leads and tags are shown here.

4. ❖ Create and add one or more tags.

5. ❖ Click tag, You can find other options.

6. ❖ Goto Leads, Create and configure leads with tags.

7. ❖ Create new tag, Goto configuration > tags.
❖ Create and Configure tags with color.

8. ❖ Set default tags for leads and opportunity, Goto configuration > lead mining request,
Create and Configure with default tags.

9. ❖ Goto configuration > visits to leads rules, Create and Configure with tags.
❖ Create leads using this lead mining request then these leads will have these tags.

10. ❖ Filter opportunities with tag, Goto dashboard > filter > add custom filter

11. ❖ Group opportunities with tags, Goto dashboard > group by > add custom group

12. ❖ Tags as a parameter, Goto configuration > sales teams. Create sales team and edit
domain, then filter out opportunity with particular tag.

13. ❖ Tags inside reporting, filter and group by opportunity with tags.
