2. INTRODUCTION
❖ A pricelist is a descriptive list of product prices of price rules to reside the price is recommended
for products.
❖ Pricelists allows to combine multiple consumers and vendor requirements in order to easily
produce figures or to accurately invoice them.

3. ❖ Goto Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings
❖ Activate Pricelists

4. ❖ Goto Products > Pricelists > Create

5. ❖ Open Price Rules for Conference Chair

6. ❖ Open Price Rules for Acoustic Bloc Screens

7. ❖ Create another Pricelists

8. ❖ Open Price Rules for Corner Desk Left Sit

9. ❖ Goto Orders > Customers > Open one Customer
❖ Set default Pricelist

10. ❖ Goto Dashboard
❖ Click on Kebab menu
❖ Goto Settings

11. ❖ Activate Advanced Pricelists
❖ Make sure that company currency and point of sale is same.

12. ❖ Goto Dashboard
❖ Click on New Session

13. ❖ See default pricelist that we have set for shop
❖ Click on default pricelist and Change it also

14. ❖ Click on Customer

15. ❖ Choose Customer
❖ Click on Set Customer

16. ❖ See pricelist has changed because we have set a default price list for this customer.

17. ❖ Click on Home Icon
❖ Click on Info(i) Icon Acoustic Bloc Screens

18. ❖ See Product information for Acoustic Bloc Screens

19. ❖ Order Product Acoustic Bloc Screens
❖ See price of product

20. ❖ Change pricelist

21. ❖ Change Quantity to 2
❖ See 20% of discount is given to the customer

22. ❖ Click on Info(i) Icon Acoustic Bloc Screens

23. ❖ Again Change pricelist and Click on Info(i) Icon Acoustic Bloc Screens

24. ❖ See Product information for Acoustic Bloc Screens

25. ❖ Click on Payment

26. ❖ Click on Payment Method
❖ Click on Validate

27. ❖ Click on Close interface by clicking Keep Session Open

28. ❖ Goto Orders

29. ❖ Goto Dashboard
❖ Click on Continue Selling

30. ❖ Order Product Conference Chair
❖ Change Pricelist

31. ❖ Change Quantity to 2
❖ See per unit the price of product is computed as 800 because inside the prices default INR we
have set a price rule that if a customer purchases 2 quantity of this conference chair then per
unit 800 will be set as a price.

32. ❖ Click on Info(i) Icon Conference Chair

33. ❖ Click on Home Icon
❖ Click on Desks
❖ Order Product Corner Desk Left Sit

34. ❖ Change pricelist
❖ See unit price is changed because we have defined a price rule inside the pricelist christmas
INR that for customer purchases. If a customer purchases minimum one quantity of this corner
desk left sit is 70 will be the unit price.

35. ❖ Click on Customer

36. ❖ Choose Customer
❖ Click on Set Customer

37. ❖ Click on Payment

38. ❖ Click on Payment Method
❖ Click on Validate

39. ❖ Click on Close interface by clicking Keep Session Open
