   WineLab system is constituted by:

• A thermostated analyzer based on photometric
  technology which uses solid-state emitters
• Kits with pre-filled cuvettes and reagents, developed by
  our research laboratory, ready to use
• Pipettes
• Print Manager, a software which enables to connect
  the analyzer to the PC
• User's manual
• Illustrated data sheets
• 3 years warranty

●   Determination of assimilable sugars! Pentose sugars are excluded


●   You have a detection limit of 0.1 g/L! You can know with high
    precision, in the alcohol fermentation, when the sugars are finished,
    to avoid any risk of acetic acid.

●   It is available by the beginning of june


●   The polyphenol index is a reading of absorbance at 280nm. So you
    can do this without using an UV lamp and without quarz cuvettes


●   You can use this test in the mixture of wines to control and keep the
    right polyphenols level

• WineColor is a complementar analyzer to do Colour
  Intensity and Tonality reading the absorbance at 420,
  520, and 620 nm

• You can do these analysis without dilution of the
  sample

• You can control and correct the colour of the wine
