3. OVERVIEW
Kay Davis Associates LLC is a full service FFE (Furniture Fixture and
Equipment) Consultant and Space Planning Firm offering assistance with
Logistics Planning and oversight as well.
Many Architects are very busy with their core competencies and can use
the assistance of a Furniture Specialist on projects where specification and
oversight are included. Kay Davis has in house designers experienced with
Auto cad and Rivet. We have working relationships with most major
furniture factories and have completed many large projects within the last
twelve (12) years.
We specialize in K-12, Higher Education and Public Entities as a niche, but
offer FFE Services to the Corporate Community and Churches as well. KDA
recently was awarded a national Contract with Choice Partners and hold a
national contract with The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) which
allows use of our services without need for additional competitive bid.

4. FFE Concepts and Solutions
 HISD has a new and innovation program where
Laptop computers are issued to their students
 KDA has solutions using smart space planning to
assist HISD’s in converting there Library’s to CAFÉ
/ TECH LABS.
 Our approach is to use 21st Century furniture to
create excitement while transforming, teaching and
learning.
