 Review & approval, monitoring of the QC Inspectors for their specific location &
assignments.
 Approval of the mobilization/demobilization of QC personnel monitor the
Schedule Q Attachment VI Table VI-1 requirements.

International Standards.

 Check the implementation of corrective and preventive actions as per reply in the NCRs.
 Initiate the implementation of closure of all open NCRs.
 Assist the QC Manager in Quality Awareness Session to all staff of the company.
 Recommend other quality related solution to the QC manager to improve the process as part
