Carlo founded MTCA in 2012 after 30 years in the
medical technology space. He has managed the
clinical development and commercial launch of
multiple innovative, first-to-market medical
devices in domestic and international markets.
Carlo has direct experience developing and
leading strategic marketing initiatives, steering
product development programs, and executing
global product launches across a wide range of
medical technologies. Carlo holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from
The Ohio State University, and a Masters in
International Business Administration from Nova
Southeastern University.

Jeff is a Senior Management Executive known for
being a strong organizational leader with a
proven track record of exceeding goals,
profitable revenue growth, strategy development
and execution, talent recruitment, and team
leadership. Jeff has held executive positions with
several industry-leading companies, including
Baxter Healthcare, BD-Bard, and Deloitte
Consulting. He has extensive experience in sales,
marketing, business and product development,
corporate strategy, and consulting. Jeff has an
MBA from Emory University and a BS in Finance
from Penn State University.
Jeanne is a quantitative insights and analytics
professional with expertise in research
methodology, complex data programming,
statistical analytics, and custom reporting.
Jeanne has authored more than 500 research
methodologies, surveys and reports. She
provides comprehensive design, statistical
reporting and delivery of concept tests, user-
experience evaluation, tracking studies,
customer satisfaction, pricing, NPS, key driver
analysis and legally mandated opinion polling.
Jeanne received a Psychology Degree from
University of Georgia, an executive MBA from
Dartmouth and is certified as an IBM SPSS
Programmer.

He has managed the clinical development and commercial launch of multiple innovative, first-to-market medical devices in domestic and international markets. Carlo has direct experience developing and leading strategic marketing initiatives, steering product development programs, and executing global product launches across a wide range of medical technologies. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Masters in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Carlo de la Mata President Jeff is a Senior Management Executive known for being a strong organizational leader with a proven track record of exceeding goals, profitable revenue growth, strategy development and execution, talent recruitment, and team leadership. Jeff has held executive positions with several industry-leading companies, including Baxter Healthcare, BD-Bard, and Deloitte Consulting. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing, business and product development, corporate strategy, and consulting. Jeff has an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
