Organization & Teamwork
1. Departmentalization:
• We have 4 main departments with an assigned task .
• Each department has specialize teams such as: Customer service,
Computer Programing, Sales Associates, and Accounting.
• All 285 employees are divided into these teams.
3. Teamwork:
• Each department divided their employees into teams to release
them of the work load.
• A good teamwork will be a key for a better productivity.
• Leaders in each department will monitor and manage the
relationship between employees.
2. Culture:
• Our culture is based on our mission statement.

programing team that work at India via the data base.
Once the programing team
finish the app, it will send it
to the quality assurance team
for a quality test.
The quality assurance
team will file a report with
the bugs and different
issues that they identify,
and they will send it back
to the programing team.
Finally, after the programing team
finish doing the last adjust to the app,
it will be ready to put in the market
and be distributed to our customers.
