• Take photos of the user doing something related to the situation eg. working, eating, preparing food
• Take note of the steps required to do tasks related to the situation eg, washing a plate after use
• Ask yourself if those tasks are necessary or can they be simplifed?
• What are some of the other issues that might arise from the same situation?
