Are you still looking for a local search engine optimization expert for your business website? My name is James
Rickman, I'm in my 40's based in Mount Juliet, Tennessee as the managing director of the iHuman website development and

My focus in the past 15 years has been to grow online businesses and increase their sales and profits, while simultaneously
reducing their monthly marketing costs on average about 35% using cloud computing models that include performing SEO,
search engine marketing services (plus Google Places (Local Search) optimization, as well as SMO for past 2 years) for more
than 300 websites in over 40 industries to-date.

During the latter part of the past decade, I was lucky enough to work for iHuman web Development (they are one of the top 5

To show you that I know what I'm doing, I'll give you a quick rundown
of how I help increase the search engine rankings of websites. It
would be nice if you considered this an informal resume of some kind
- because I've always preferred to show real-life examples as opposed
to grades from school or the like.

I always begin an SEO project (and you'll find some of my Google
Places (Local), PPC and Social Media Optimization skills listed further
down in this email) with an in-depth keyword research analysis of the
client's website using some of my own proprietary analysis software,
as well as Google's own Keyword Tool to determine the estimated
monthly traffic levels. Targeting the correct buying keywords is critical
to every SEO project.

Additionally, I normally perform an analysis of which keywords your
website actually ranks for on Google. Following that, I usually review
your site's analytics to learn how many visitors your website gets and from where. All of the above processes enable me to
discover various keywords that are profitable for you, as well as learn which keywords your top online competitors are targeting.

Key point: I always recommend every website get an in-depth SEO analysis of your website's various on-page SEO factors and
of your websites off-page (inbound links) factors before making any SEO changes or additions. Why? Well, in my experience
during the past 15 years, I've always found that every website is unique - each website has different SEO issues and problems
hindering it from ranking higher in Google - hence only a customized solution will realistically fix your particular issues and
problems.

Out of the hundreds of websites I've worked on in the past 15 years and the many sites the iHuman web Development company
has ever worked on, every one of them required a custom solution in order for them to successfully rank higher. None of them
were ever helped with a "one-size-fits-all" or "off-the-shelf package" like most other SEO firms apply to their customer websites.
That's like going to a Doctor who gives you the exact same prescription of medicine as he gives everyone else, without every
finding out what problems and symptoms you're actually experiencing.

As much as we'd all like there to be, there really is no one-size-fits-all plan for SEO.

So here's a brief review of what my detailed analysis of your website's internal architecture and various critical on-page SEO
factors would cover: 1) how are your webpage's headers structured, 2) use of keywords in your H1-H6 tags, 3) your keyword
distribution within main pages, 4) keyword density for key pages, 5) what's your meta-tag content, 6) your internal link text, 7)
webpage's URL structure, 8) your host's server speed, 9) your host's IP spam history, 10) webpage readability level, 11) website
age - and 18 additional critical search engine on-page compatibility factors.

My detailed website analysis also includes an in-depth evaluation of your off-page SEO factors (inbound links), covering things
like: 1) link text of your inbound links, 2) how many authority websites link to you, 3) which of your internal pages have inbound
links, 4) inbound link type ratio and their structure, 5) how many major social network links are linking to you, 6) how many links
do you have from the .EDU and .GOV sites, 7) what is your site's global web popularity rating - to name just a few.

The last part of my overall analysis is that I perform a top-level evaluation of your top online competitors for your important
keywords in Google.

After this comprehensive analysis is completed, only then can anyone properly know where to begin, what to fix, what to add or
modify, etc., that will effectively boost your rankings in Google. Otherwise you are really just operating in the dark.

Most times it's discovered that your key landing pages are not properly optimized for your main keywords, as well as they don't
include any LSI keywords (advance synonyms). I then fix all of these key landing page issues.

Sometimes videos and pictures will help rankings for certain pages, and if so, then I make sure they are properly optimized.

Many times I find that adding a targeted blog helps Google to regularly visit/crawl your site, which will also help your rankings. If
a blog is going to be beneficial, then I start by creating one blog post for each keyword that you are targeting. I make sure to do
all of the necessary on-page optimization for each of these new posts, as well putting the keywords within the key sections of
each post, including local search Internet keywords here as well.

Once those blog pages are created and your various on-page factors have been corrected, I begin working on your off-page
SEO factors. I usually create backlinks (links pointing to your key pages) from a variety of different sources, including but not
limited to: Press Releases, .EDU and .GOV domains, RSS feeds(Real Simple Syndication), related industry websites, Article
Directories, Social Bookmarking websites, Web Directories, Forums, Blog commenting, and Web2.0 authority sites to name just
a few.

Over the years, I've found that automated tools which most others use to help them build backlinks are either not very effective
or they get you into trouble with Google. So instead I manually build these backlinks to your site's home page, as well as your
key internal landing pages.

One of the more important steps is also to always build what I call an "Advance Authority Hub Structure" - this system is
extremely effective in getting top 1st page rankings in Google. This system includes posting relevant content to top Web. 2.0
sites like: Facebook, YouTube, Weebly, Twitter, Squidoo, Blogger, HubPages, etc. and then linking them strategically together -
as well as to your key internal webpages. From Google's perspective, it's very important to only link to your site from relevant
content sites.

This process usually works every time and over the years I've gotten my system perfected. Up to this point, I have used these
methods with my own websites and for several client websites. But recently I've realized that many other companies could use
this comprehensive SEO service. Each and every day more and more businesses are realizing how important it is to be ranked
highly on Google, as well as Yahoo and Bing.

And in today's marketplace, you really want to get top of 1st page listings in Google's Places (their local business results). That's
because studies continually show that most local consumers primarily contact these Google Places listed firms before all others.
I'm extremely good at getting top spots for my clients in Google Places. In fact, I always get numerous keywords listed for my
clients in at least the first, second or third spot (#A, #B or #C) on the first page.

Of course, this is just the short version of what I do to rank highly on search engines for almost any keyword that I've targeted.
Because I'm extremely proficient at SEO and Google Places optimization and while I'm not a huge fan of Adwords or other pay-
per-click advertising programs - mainly because I've found that organic search traffic is so much more cost effective. But please
understand that I do thoroughly know how to work with Adwords, (having developed and worked on more than 100 successful
Adwords campaigns during the past few years - plus I have several proprietary techniques that produce extraordinary results
and that will significantly increase your CTR while also lowering your CPC costs) if that is truly necessary.

Targeting the correct buying keywords is critical to every SEO project. Additionally, I normally perform an analysis of which keywords your website actually ranks for on Google. Following that, I usually review your site's analytics to learn how many visitors your website gets and from where. All of the above processes enable me to discover various keywords that are profitable for you, as well as learn which keywords your top online competitors are targeting. My detailed website analysis also includes an in-depth evaluation of your off-page SEO factors (inbound links), covering things like: 1) link text of your inbound links, 2) how many authority websites link to you, 3) which of your internal pages have inbound links, 4) inbound link type ratio and their structure, 5) how many major social network links are linking to you, 6) how many links do you have from the .EDU and .GOV sites, 7) what is your site's global web popularity rating - to name just a few. The last part of my overall analysis is that I perform a top-level evaluation of your top online competitors for your important keywords in Google. After this comprehensive analysis is completed, only then can anyone properly know where to begin, what to fix, what to add or modify, etc., that will effectively boost your rankings in Google. Otherwise you are really just operating in the dark. Most times it's discovered that your key landing pages are not properly optimized for your main keywords, as well as they don't include any LSI keywords (advance synonyms). I usually create backlinks (links pointing to your key pages) from a variety of different sources, including but not limited to: Press Releases, .EDU and .GOV domains, RSS feeds(Real Simple Syndication), related industry websites, Article Directories, Social Bookmarking websites, Web Directories, Forums, Blog commenting, and Web2.0 authority sites to name just a few. Over the years, I've found that automated tools which most others use to help them build backlinks are either not very effective or they get you into trouble with Google. So instead I manually build these backlinks to your site's home page, as well as your key internal landing pages. One of the more important steps is also to always build what I call an "Advance Authority Hub Structure" - this system is extremely effective in getting top 1st page rankings in Google. This system includes posting relevant content to top Web. 2.0 sites like: Facebook, YouTube, Weebly, Twitter, Squidoo, Blogger, HubPages, etc. and then linking them strategically together - as well as to your key internal webpages. From Google's perspective, it's very important to only link to your site from relevant content sites. This process usually works every time and over the years I've gotten my system perfected. Up to this point, I have used these methods with my own websites and for several client websites. But recently I've realized that many other companies could use this comprehensive SEO service. Each and every day more and more businesses are realizing how important it is to be ranked highly on Google, as well as Yahoo and Bing. And in today's marketplace, you really want to get top of 1st page listings in Google's Places (their local business results). That's because studies continually show that most local consumers primarily contact these Google Places listed firms before all others. I'm extremely good at getting top spots for my clients in Google Places. In fact, I always get numerous keywords listed for my clients in at least the first, second or third spot (#A, #B or #C) on the first page.
