Module of the “Leadership Trilogy”: Executing Leadership focuses on
understanding and motivating people as results based leader and by
doing this, achieving extraordinary results.

›High performing teams share common success factors independent of
“the size of the company”, “industry”, “country”, and “culture”.
›These factors correlate with net profit that the team can produce.
›The participants will learn and experiment the Leadership Team
Success Index (LTSI) research; conducted in-association with University
of Berkeley, University of Oxford and Helsinki School of Economics. They
will understand the common factors and dynamics of the profit and
result oriented teams, how they transform their teams into more
successful teams, what are the leadership requirements to manage the
profit oriented teams. The workshop will be conducted with high
participation through group case studies, open discussions, application
of individual and team inventories, supported with audio-visual
material.

15. A critical skill of life-long learning is developing an aptitude and appetite
for reading and behavioral modeling through significant movies. Each
participant will read 2-3 books and will examine and present two movies
during the program and analyze each books together in the Sessions. The
content and the material may be varied according to individual
development needs, past knowledge of the participants or according to
the level of the participants.

16. Fuat Yalcin, MSc, Liverpool University, Senior Associate of Eriksson & Associates in Istanbul (Turkey)
His core competence is executive coaching, leadership consulting and coaching of management teams, Fuat is also Certified
Wopi practitioner in Turkey offering Wopi based services.
Fuat has wide leadership experience in big international companies in Turkey ( Elf, Mercedes-Benz, Xerox). Fuat is
lecturing at the university of Bahçeşehir in MBA and Executive MBA. Fuat has also written several books about self
leadership and self development. He also has been leading several conferences and seminars on topics such as Customer
Satisfaction, Client Relations, Success and Motivation.

Burak Argun has an MBA from Istanbul Technical University, Senior Associate of Eriksson & Associates in Istanbul
(Turkey). Burak is proficient in HR Consulting: HR Strategy, Competency Modeling, Performance Management, Assessment
& Development. He is a certified LTSI practicer in Turkey offering “Leadership Team Success “ based services.
Burak has wide leadership experience in big international companies (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young. Arthur
Andersen., Heidrick & Struggles, Kelly Services). He is also certified trainer representing RBL Group of HR Guru Dave
Ulrich. He also has been leading several conferences and seminars on topics around: EQ, Competency Modeling,, Team
Leadership, Strategic HR, Leadership and Organization Development.

17. Oya Ertay, Experienced HR Professional with 22 years experience in recruitment, executive selection; learning and
development functions. She is an Executive and Career Coach who provided coaching services to more than 100
professionals in different sectors. She has a BA degree in Psychological Counseling and graduate of Erickson Coaching
School. She completed Gestalt Group Works, group facilitation and coaching programs.
Oya has worked in service and production companies being in charge of major HR functions; developed and established
internal mentoring systems; carried out employee motivation and engagement projects.
She is experienced in training needs analysis, competency mapping and development; outplacement and assessment center

Baran Kaya, BSc, Middle East Technical University, Consultant at Eriksson & Associates in Ankara (Turkey)
He found his first company after 3 years of work experience in software industry. After 10 years he sold this company and
founded a new software company. He bought 2 other companies, merged them with his company and sold again.
His core competence is executive coaching, entrepreneur coaching, leadership consulting, institutionalization consulting
and coaching of management teams.
Baran has 20 years of leadership experience. He is a member of ICF (International Coach Federation)
