OUR APPROACH: COMPETITIVE LEADERSHIP

OUR APPROACH: COMPETITIVE LEADERSHIP
•The most critical mission of a leader is to ensure
the Stakeholders satisfaction by displaying
exceptional leadership qualities collaboratively
with other leaders in the organization.
•In most of the Leadership Models, there is a
critical missing part: they are mainly ignoring
the “team dynamics” while focusing only on the
individual leadership competencies. The
business results are showing us that, they both
are equally critical for a company’s success.
•Competitive Leadership focuses on a leader’s individual leadership competencies on
one hand and the collaborative results in the leadership team on the other hand.

  • 7. 7 OUR APPROACH: COMPETITIVE LEADERSHIP •The most critical mission of a leader is to ensure the Stakeholders satisfaction by displaying exceptional leadership qualities collaboratively with other leaders in the organization. •In most of the Leadership Models, there is a critical missing part: they are mainly ignoring the “team dynamics” while focusing only on the individual leadership competencies. The business results are showing us that, they both are equally critical for a company’s success. •Competitive Leadership focuses on a leader’s individual leadership competencies on one hand and the collaborative results in the leadership team on the other hand. ©Eriksson&Associates-2017 Functioningin the Leadership Team Transform&Develop Team Development Areas Individual Development Areas Competitive Leadership™ LEADERSHIPTEAMEFFECTIVENESSS INDIVIDUALLEADERSHIP “Eriksson Leadership Programs are designed to ensure the maximum return for your investment.”
