I want to work in a positive, creative environment that fosters personal and professional growth. From all of my
experiences, I have learned to take a step back from the chaos of my environment and see how the little pieces can fit
together in the best way, to form the big picture. I have a natural knack for operations, people management, and daily
workflows, and am comfortable stepping into a leadership role as a coach, not an authoritarian. I hope to take the
people and corporate culture skills I have gleaned from my experiences to a role that impacts more people from
different backgrounds. I am eager to cultivate my growing skillset in a new environment.
