During my employment at Insurance Solutions, Bryan Kilduff maintained a united team
and a stimulating environment. Bryan implemented cutting edge systems and
processes, such as the use of Resource Pro. All work stations included state of the art
equipment and applications to ensure efficient transactions. Bryan was extremely
tactful in dealing with issues that arose, such as dress code, tardiness, unscheduled
PTOs, harassment, etc.. All team members felt respected and heard by Bryan, who was a
true leader. When I think of Bryan Kilduff, I think mainly of two words: calm
assertiveness. Bryan kept an “open door policy,” and we all felt welcome to ask
questions, discuss concerns, or provide and receive feedback. Bryan always made a
