We need a way to allocate Intelligence Analysts to work on the basis of program specific risks and office specific structural features. The Intelligence Analyst Risk Allocation Model (IRAM) can simulate staff increases, reductions and redistributions, and determine minimum intelligence analyst staffing requirements by analyzing staffing targets, strategic analyst ratios, and program specific risk data. CyberSim is a game-based simulation that challenges potential candidates and existing employees with increasingly difficult scenari- os that test the users’ proficiency in a wide range of cybersecurity fundamentals. Our staff may be able to detect today’s cyber threats but need to identify and grow the skills, capabilities, and talent that will keep up with increasing demands of the evolving cybersecurity landscape and protect the future of our organization. The CCAT (Cybersecurity Competency Assessment Tool) is a web-based, intuitive interface that identifies where your strengths, and current and future capability gaps lurk so you can develop informed training and retention solutions. The Leadership Challenge Simulation (LCS) Tool is an experiential tool that helps leaders and teams cultivate critical leadership skills. A versatile product, LCS blends with many existing consulting servicers, including strategic planning, organizational develop- ment, change management, and others.
