To Whom It May Concern
I confirm that Mr. Blint Vn worked as an intern in our Institute between March and July,
2014. During the course his internship he was involved in multiple tasks of different
research projects.
As our Institute is engaged in policy research, an important part of our work is to find, select
and review the important scientific results of a certain area. As an intern, Blint was
frequently involved in this. task. He proved himself quite effective in finding the relevant
sources and showed us that he was able to synthesise them into a well-written, logical and
intellectually intact text.
In another. project he was responsible for both the analysis and drafting of a chapter of a
study. In spite of the fact that the project was about a topic he had no previous experience
with, he succeeded.
Al| in all, during his work, Blint was successful in accomplishing the tasks he was given. In
certain regards, he exceeded our expectations. He is good at adapting to an ever-changing
environment. Receiving minimal guidance, he is capable of autonomous problem solving
and he is able to contribute to the creative processes of policy research and analysis.
