6. Project Summary:
Construction of a new 130,000 sq. ft. addition with a 28,000 sq. ft. by 18 ft. deep basement on a 68 acre site, with a new 30 mega-
watt sub-station. The overall building height was 64 ft. with the interior bottom cord of truss at 54 ft. The addition was adjacent to
existing operations facility and was constructed for 2 new stamping lines, a hot forming oven and other miscellaneous
manufacturing equipment.
Over 650 personnel were processed through site safety orientation. 250,000 man-hours executed, with no loss of time injuries.
Project execution was an aggressive 10 month build schedule.

7. Project Summary:
Construction of 2 new manufacturing facilities on a greenfield site. One 250,000 sq. ft. Facility and one 130,000 sq. ft. facility.
Construction Management services for all civil, roadways, parking, foundations, structural, buildings, press and automated
equipment installation.
Worked with Alabama Power to coordinate the installation of a new sub-station including all building feeds and switch gear.
Complete Bid Package engineering / RFQ development through project close-out.

8. Project Details:
Client: General Motors
Location: Lansing Grand River, Michigan
Project Summary:
Lansing Grand River Assembly is one of General Motors latest cutting edge facilities, with three new buildings totaling 1.9 million
sq. ft. on 83 acres of property and the demolition of 19 existing buildings including, a 530,000 sq. ft. Body Shop and 614,000 sq. ft.
“T” shaped General Assembly.
Process engineering for material handling systems, installations of body shop welding lines, general assembly equipment,
ventilation systems and information system & services. Conveyance utilized skid system technology and electrified monorail
systems, truck stripping technology and skillet systems. Total cost of the equipment design, procurement and installation was
approximately 100 million dollars.

9. Project Summary:
Turnkey Press Installation. Project Management Services include Master Scheduling, and Logistics Management of over 1000
and railcars. Project execution for the installation of 4 new JIER China tandem line presses, 2 new blanker line presses with coil
and Stacking equipment. Completed within a 12 month project duration. The project also included various simultaneous press
projects for technology upgrades on the Schuler front of line equipment as well as upgrades to the Progressive press lines.

10. Project Summary:
Removal, packaging and logistics, of 9 transfer line presses; 6 from Grand Rapids, MI; 3 from Mansfield, OH. 3 Shuler AA5X
3 IHI B3 presses, and 3 Version 120 presses. Provided on site Project Management, Master Scheduling, and Logistical Control
1000 trucks in a Just-In-Time delivery process for receiving components at the destination facilities. Managed the complete
installation at each destination facility. Each Press was installed on-time or ahead of schedule.
