onQdigital’s MYLK is a simplified API (Application Programming Interface) for The Raiser's Edge designed for
users to broadcast outbound SMS from within their Raiser's Edge login. The solution is a full web serviced
SMS broadcast application allowing users to communicate with subscribers and database contacts in a
streamlined fashion.
Short Messaging Services (SMS) are rapidly becoming the norm for high impact and efficient contact and
call to action campaigns particularly for charities seeking to engage with their databases for pledges and
donations. The MYLK API has been developed specifically for Blackbaud clients and The Raiser's Edge users
to gain greater efficiencies and economies of scale for using SMS over traditional marketing methods.
The onQdigital MYLK SMS solution can:
• Draw all relevant recipient and broadcast information directly from within The Raiser's Edge interface.
• Create broadcasts from The Raiser's Edge based on predefined queries.
• Deliver broadcast reports and status outcomes for each broadcast.
• Split account access across parent and child account holders for maintenance of broadcasts and
manage and allocate spend per broadcast.
• Manage ‘opt out’ or stop responses.
• Interact with the pledge functionality within The Raiser's Edge
• Unlimited number of outbound messages can be sent from the interface
• Inbound SMS to email for campaign pledge and donation pushes when using call centre services
