It’s the perfect opportunity to start thinking about ways to show your chapter volunteers the appreciation they deserve all year-round. Volunteers provide direct labor – in some cases highly skilled (leadership, content creation, mentors, etc.), in others additional “hands on help” (registrar, greeter, monitor, etc.).
