2. Project-1(Manjushree Inc., India)
Its Indian company which ordered for customize silo, loader, dehumidifier and chiller. Total revenue
of project is around 20 million rupee.
Role & Responsibility:
 Customized plastic auxiliary machines as per customer requirement.
 Designed 3D model of plastic auxiliary machines’ parts,made 2D drawing of it using GD&T (ASME
14.5-2009)standards.
 Worked with quality assurance and resources and helped them establishing effective and efficient
quality assurance methods.
 Created BOM of all plastic auxiliary machines assembly.
 Learnt about manufacturing operation such as machining on CNC machines, Casting, Stamping.

Project-2 (Resolving problem)
Design flaws with positive displacement pump. Need to remove old ERP system and establish a new
efficient ERP system.
Role & Responsibility:
 Identify flaws of motor mounting assembly of positive displacement pump and silo cover and resolve
it.

Computer program on Finite Element Method
 Carefully analyzed problem of simply supported beam and developed a weak form of linear element
for number of component.
 Successfully developed a program to solve weak form in Wolfram Mathematica.
 Precisely calculated the Nodal solution, Element solution and compared those with exact solution to
find out the error.

Calibration of diesel engine
 Understanding of all the parts of the diesel engine and their functioning.
 Calibration of the diesel engine using simulation on Creo.

 Collected many pump data of different company to find out an optimum pump for given pipe and tank
system.
 Critical engineering data was calculated of pump such as efficiency, NPSH and carefully checked for
different operating point and design a governing equation.

 Accurately analyzed plastic hopper dryer and find out energy and exergy to get the maximu m
performance.
 Determined highest energy loss area to increase performance.
 Carefully analyzed different insulating material and choose optimumone.
