  3. 3. Factor #2. Courage You should be willing to stand alone in your convictions if you believe in them(especially IF YOU ARE ALONE IN YOUR BELIEF). Habits of Courageous Leaders:  They are willing to take risks.  They are willing to stand alone if they believe in their convictions.  They deal with difficult decisions in a timely manner.  They constantly challenge the way things are done.
  4. 4. Factor #3 Listening  Approach every conversation with the goal to learn something.  Stop talking and focus on the speaker. Listen for intention.  Concentrate.  Don’t Interrupt.

Effective Communication  Listen with the actual desire of trying to understand what the other party is saying.  While listening, Do Not Interrupt.  Let the speaker know you are listening with small gestures like nodding your head.  Pay attention to body language.  Try to identify and understand the emotions of the speaker.

Learning Make The Followings Your Daily Habit For Constant Learning:  Unlearn the un useful thoughts.  Learn from both your successes and failures.  Reflect upon your practice and challenge yourselves to be the very best that you can be.  Enforce yourself for self-improvement all the time.
