3. Health & Wellbeing: direct & indirect influence Individual health & wellbeing are deeply interlinked with Societal & Environmental health and wellbeing. Environmental and Societal health and wellbeing are out of balance almost everywhere, impacting people’s Individual health and wellbeing. If we want to enhance people’s health & wellbeing, we need to distinguish between aspects that people have direct influence on and aspects on which individuals can only have indirect influence , such as the impact of external influences on their health & wellbeing.
